im thinking about buying an s2k but wanna know what kind of potential the stock block offers (safely)... can anyone help?

I seen a s2k with stock internals hold 26psi. He recently blew it up though lol

x a gabillion

a t25 will run 20 psi but will be working against you.
a 35r will be warming up at 20 psi

it depends on the whole turbo setup theres sevsral 600+ setups out there 100% stock.

how many lbs on a gt35r do you think i could run safely and what do you think would be the hp and torque gains (estimated)?

you can hold well over 20, if its tuned WELL (and expensively) then having a 23lb tune on a 35r will be no problem. itll make more than 500 wheel on that kind of settings
