Default Touch my EVO = Jail for you.

I just sent someone to jail. This is how the story goes.

I have a 2003 Mitsubishi EVO8. I park that bitch outside b/c there is no engine in the car. I have been building this motor off and on for the last 2 years since I had the car. I have more than enough cars to drive, so I really don’t care how long it takes to finish it. But the real truth is; the shop is really busy, working on paying customer’s car first. They pay the bills so their car comes before mine. Most of the times when I get done with work… I don’t feel like messing with my own car… so add another year for all I care. I drive a 2006 Scion xB most of the time. I am sure you seen it around. You can’t miss it if you don’t know what it looks like. I just purchased a 2008 Acura TSX b/c I got tired of looking at my EVO.

Ok, back to my EVO story. I stripped everything off the EVO that is not OEM since my intentions was to leave it outside and not attract attentions of the wannabe thieves. Most crimes are planned ahead of time when you visit the shop to scope it out. It really bothers me when you can look inside the car to see that the interior is showroom status. That means the car is 100% stock, yet you still want to break into it. I lost several windows for nothing. I mean… what’s the point of breaking into a car that don't have any electricity or an engine? You can’t steal the car and go on a test drive. This is not the first time my EVO has been broken into. The other windows are already knocked out and you can’t seem to understand that you don’t have to knock out the other windows to look around inside. I am better off leaving the car unlocked so I don’t have to keep buying new glass. There is nothing inside the car worth stealing or going to jail for.

Anyone that has been to the shop prior knows that my dad is up there full time. So when you come to the shop to plan your crime, you should know better that he is always up there. I pay him to sit there with the shotgun that I bought him. He was in the Vietnam War so loading a shotgun and going trigger happy is nothing new to him. So if anyone complains that we don’t have enough security at the shop for all the cars parked outside… then you haven’t met my dad. You cars are in good hands when you leave it at the shop. We guard your car with our crazy puppy. She knows when you are not suppose to be up there afterhours and treats your car like it’s one of our own. Anytime our dog goes crazy, my dad goes outside with the shotgun looking for people to pop off. I have sent many people to jail for their 2Fast, 2Furious wanna-be-movie-star crime. Crime is Crime, and I don’t play that game.

So tonight some Moran decided my EVO will be the car that he wants to break into. He had his buddy sit in the getaway vehicle at the next business over. He then goes over to my EVO and do his thing. My dad sees him and goes outside to confront him. Again if you haven’t seen my dad, he speaks very little English and has a shotgun in hand. This is not good for you to be on the other end of a loaded shotgun, and there is a language barrier. Follow his instructions or whatever you think he told you to do and you will live. The police are already on the way before he goes outside. The shop is a few blocks from downtown so it won’t be long before they get there.

Reality check, why the fuck do you want to break into cars that are on the biggest road in Raleigh? There are a lot of cars that drives by and they can see you clearly. The police station is less than a mile away. This part of Capital Blvd is a divided highway. When you leave the shop, you can only go in one direction. Seriously, how far do you think you can get before you are caught? You are making it too easy for them to catch you. You are driving towards downtown where the cops are waiting for you.

Back to the Moran that wanted to get up close and personal with my EVO. You are invading my space. My dad pulled his shotgun out and fired off a few rounds. Your pussy got scared and ran away. Who knows where the fuck you ran off too, but damn you can run. They should give you an Olympic medal for your speed, strength, courage, and willpower to wanting to live another day. Run boy, Run! They cops are looking for you.

The Dumbass getaway driver gets his own part of the story too. Whenever I report a Break-in and Entering crime… I always tell the 911 operator that there is a Crazy Asian man up there holding a gun point blank at people, he don’t speak English at all so it would be in your best interest to hurry up. Shots were fired into the Ayer! You won’t believe how many cops showed up tonight. There was so many cops up there you think it was a bank robbery. There were over 20 police cars up there. I lost count after they rolled to the shop like it’s the FBI. Half of them were undercover cars like you won’t believe. I didn’t know we had that many cops nearby. We seriously got a bigger police task force since the 9/11 days. Over 15 minutes has gone by since your friend ran down the streets. Fuck if I know where he’s hiding but it can’t be far. I am sure you can see all the blue lights from where you are standing.

This is the best part. While I was standing there talking to the cops, and making my statements… The Dumbass getaway driver actually drives by the shop… and we pointed the car out. 6 police cars went after you. Why did you drive your piece of shit primer car by the witnesses? We are glad you did b/c now you are in jail. You will turn your friend in, or when he comes and bails you out of jail.

It’s 5am and I just bailed my dad out of jail. They took him to jail for giggles. They told him he can not fire his gun to the Ayer but they let him go. He is ready to play this game again if anyone wants to test him. Lesson of the day: Don’t fuck with my EVO b/c you will be paying for all the stuff that you damage and you will also be paying for what was damaged by the previous thieves. It’s my word against your word of what needs to be replaced and I will make sure I am get more then what was missing. It’s like a free upgrade for me. (6:35am, time for bed, but I can’t sleep.) (09-26-08) -Nam

One less theives on the streets.

LOL!

You should have a gallery of pictures of the thieves up on the walls of the shop, a wall of shame.

Wow. I remember when I called you, because I was coming up there to put on my freshly painted bumper, but you guys were still working on it. You said it was cool (after hours), and so there I am kneeling in front of my car trying to get the bumper on. Next thing I know I hear "What you doing?". I turn my head to see the end of a shotgun pointed at me held by an elderly man. I figured this was Nam's version of security, and explained that I had called Nam and talked to him. He calmed down when I said that plus he could see I was putting parts on not removing them. However I knew after that my car would always be safe up there lol. To be honest I was when I first saw the shotgun. I was thinking "This is how it ends me putting on my bumper in the Phantasm parking lot". lol Plus that dog is scary as hell

Nice of the driver to come back by and help the cops find him. That's hilarious it should be on dumb crook news.

This is not the first time that I have sent somone to jail.

The reason I post that stuff is... to warn people not to mess with me. You will be caught, and you will go to jail. Simple as that.

The other reason I post this stuff is... to let everyone knows.. that their cars are in good hands when left here to be worked on.
