Actually you dont have to sign the title over to the scrap yard just give them the title to prove that you are the owner. As for scrap metal prices they are really low at the moment and will be going up after the start of the year.

Glad to see your okay, I would just work on parting it out, And then take it to the scrap yard. As for the ticket, Fight it and im sure it will get dropped. |
