That video is from Jacksonville Florida if I'm not mistaken, a few vids looked like they had georgia road signs too. Half of the cars are probably daily drivers. Go down south and that stuff rides around like fart canned honda's do here. I lived in Orlando about a year and a half ago. Saw tons of cars like this. Most everybody got along at the spots that weren't full of ricers. *Gasp* you'd even see guys with stock B16 EG's and modded LS1 guys mingle like kindergarden kids on the play ground * Double Gasp*
