That video is from Jacksonville Florida if I'm not mistaken, a few vids looked like they had georgia road signs too. Half of the cars are probably daily drivers. Go down south and that stuff rides around like fart canned honda's do here. I lived in Orlando about a year and a half ago. Saw tons of cars like this.
