The last 45 days at the track have been crazy but things have finally slowed down quite a bit. I haven't been online much but I do know Pete has put a lot of time into this meet and it's something we both want to be a great success.

The weather isnt looking to promising this weekend . So is there any plans on a make up for a rain date if it was to rain?

is there a winston or lexington caravan? if not i want to get one together. im finally back to the honda scene and i want to go. so if u want to go and u r in the winston/lexington area. let me no something.

The weather all depends on which way Fay goes. Fay is predicted to go West over Alabama. If that happens, then we are all good.

But... if Fay goes North, then we are screwed.

Seth & I have set a back up date for Sept 6. We plan on making any weather announcements available through Piedmont's phone line & this site.

We are prepared for the worst & hope for the best!

One thing I've learned about the weather when it comes to an event based business... Don't worry about it until the night before and the day of. Anywhere between a 40-60% chance means that the weather forecasters don't have a clue. Yeah, that sounds very cliche but it is so true.

With that said, just hope for the best and plan on checking in on Saturday!
